How do you clean your toilet?

Serious question. I use a loo brush/bleach for inside but not sure what is best to clean loo seat and rim with. I have recently bought disposable wipes that look like wet wipes and have supposedly germ killing properties. Am I wsting my cash?

I though bicarbonate of soda and white vinegar make a sort of disinfectant - or is that an urban myth? (Use Ecover myself, quick wipe round the loo, usually once a day while dd is in the bath - bath and loo in the same room)

Those that don't have loo brushes - what do you do when you've done a jobby and there are skid marks in the bottom post-flush? (Just wondering, have a loo brush, hate it, want to get rid of it but haven't found an alternative to cleaning skidmarks short of rubber glove and a quick wipe and am too lazy and disorganised so don't have rubber gloves handy near the loo when I would need it.)
