Fed up of house smelling off dog

I have a Dogue de Bordeaux and live in a ground floor flat. It's only small. Carpets throughout I've fed up of it smelling of dog. I've tried sprays. Plug ins. Of a night she sleeps on my sofa which I tell her no but at 3am when I'm asleep she gets away with it. Any idea what I can use on my sofa to get the smell away? Thanks!

Maybe sprinkle with bicarbonate of soda, leave for a while and then hoover off. I have to put a barricade on my sofa to stop two lazy Labradors jumping on it during the night.

I am paranoid about doggy smell so we have laminate throughout the ground floor and the dogs aren't allowed up stairs.

I'm forever cleaning the floor with zoflora which leaves quite a nice smell.

I would have carpets and sofa steam-cleaned if possible.
Put a cover on sofa at night for the dog and wash the cover frequently.
