Ive done a bit of the dining table! Then spent about half an hour sorting through the newspapers to send to my mum! She likes to keep up with local info so i have to send her the weekly paper! Had a huge pile to sort through!
Now stopping for lunch.

LemonTart · 10/01/2007 13:34

I cleaned out the salad drawer bit yesterday..does that count?!!
Ok, was out this morning so only done a bit so far:

shiny sink, clean and empty kitchen surfaces
swept kitchen floor
unloaded and reloaded dishwasher
hoovered through down stairs

to do:
tidy up bathroom a bit
put away clean washing
hoover upstairs
change girls bedding (should have been yesterday but ran out of time/energy/enthusiasm!)

I have got 1 hour before need to do school run, into town for some shopping and then usual eve routine and work..
Hmm. Better switch off computer and get going

Flame I don't actually know where csws lives, but the closest is probably Edmonton, which is somewhere between me and mrm.
Are you coming this way in Feb?

flamesparrow · 10/01/2007 13:56

Yes!

Need to plan properly with her though

Cappuccino · 10/01/2007 14:02

oh god yes flame I must clean my highchairs

have spent the last hour while dd2 naps printing out stuff for my net-phobic mother from the flylady website. She has been a lost case for as long as I can remember so I'm hoping against hope... she has been 'shining her sink' according to her (though after being in her house last night I think 'shining' in her vocabulary must mean 'taking the teabags out of'

been rubbish at anything today - have been out doing all sorts of boring running around most of the day (even toddler group was quiet and pretty dull today!), only just made it back in time to collect dd from school. She's been in tears since we got in cos she's so tired and really needs sleep but it's Rainbows tonight and she doesn't want to miss it! Have plonked her and ds in front of cebeebies and hope she feels better by 5pm.

tort I'd like a MR update too if possible (shouldbedoinghousework at hotmail dot co dot uk) Thanks x

shouldbedoingthehousework · 10/01/2007 16:16

horribly addictive flame! must go and make supper...

Jelley · 10/01/2007 16:17

DD1 is t rainbows, but it finishes at 5, and she's decided she wants to leave. I've tld her if she still wants to after tonight she can (She has a history of doing this and then 3 mnths down the line telling everyne she left because I made her, and I won't let her go

Not looking at pictionary. Resisted the urge to cluick yesterday, and will not be tempted.

g'wan.... you know you want to

shouldbedoingthehousework · 10/01/2007 16:20

pictionary much fun but must not go back on till later!
dd's Rainbows runs from 5-6 so is quite late really (and difficult to fit supper around!). There are only a few of them there and dd loves it - they always do great arts and crafts.

Jelley · 10/01/2007 16:20

can't tonight, after rainbows I've got dd1at brownies.
