Help how do you decactivate child lock on a zanussi washier/dryer

Hi Folks,
Cleaning control panel on my washer/dryer managed to activate child lock, does anybody know how to deactivate ?
Manual is useless.
Any help suggestions would be brill

What make/model? Is there a button for it? Press and hold the button to see if it helps

I have a Bosch, but on mine you hold the 'Start' button for 10 seconds... maybe try that?

I found a manual that says to press 2 buttons simultaneously for around 6 seconds to activate/deactivate - the 2 buttons have a lock symbol underneath/in between them

I had to google my oven instructions when my kids managed to lock the oven. I didn't even know it could be locked. I wanted to cook dinner and couldn't turn it on!
