Moved house, floor tiles are grim - best cleaner for them and grouting?

Help - have moved house and the kitchen and bathroom tiles are OK but have clearly not been cleaned that well for a while. I'm sure there is probably an Anthea solution but am being lazy - any suggestions for restoring them and the grouting to a reasonable state?

I did a cilit bang on ours. Desperately environmentally unfriendly and didn't get the grout super-clean, but there was a huge improvement.

Maybe get a steam cleaner? buy/hire/borrow?

Bicarb mixed in a paste and scrub or if really grotty nilglass for the tiles and bleach for the grout, spread bleach on grout leave for a while scrub off, rinse and then nilglass the tiles so they sparkle.
