Have just finally got around to mopping kitchen floor- did hall, utility and cloakroom too while I was at it so it's all looking lovely. Better go and rub wax into floorboards now while kids are sleepy and not so likely to come and skid around on it!

Haven't done much else yet today- did manage the mission though

I ought to strip the beds but as dd is asleep in one I'll put it off till tomorrow...

Back again with another cuppa. Managed to grab a few presents in town ....it seemed as if the entire population were out shopping today...I even saw Chantall and Preston strolling along bags a swinging -Chantall looked as if she had been rather too enthuastic with her application of St Tropez.
Sink shiny,two loads of laundry done, hoovered, decluttered,was going to cook ds and dd healthy tea but they pleaded for fish fingers and chips so I am secretly relieved as less work for me..

Hello all and newbies.
Missed not being on here yest. DD1 was sick during wednesday night then 6am i started being sick! Spent the whole day on the sofa just managing to move to feed DD2 and DD1 later on. She was fine by thurs morning. We all went to sleep on the sofa later on and they had tv all day.
I am ok today. have been eating and energy is back! Managed to pick DS's up from school. DS2 has bad earache and spray from docs for it. Poor thing is really suffering. He is asleep on the sofa now.
HN Hope your lot are all well now and DD didn't get it. DD2 hasn't had it yet!!

Hi all, Just popping in to say Hi. Still not tortoise, I hope she is ok?

I have got a stinking headache.
The meeting with SS and My solicitor went ok I think. SS and my solicitor are going to have a talk and She is going to send copies of letters that xp1 has sent me. SS have told me that they will not help him see the DSS this year. It does not mean he wont see them , but they are not going to help him. He has to go to court first. She was not happy that XP1 did not tell her the truth as to why he has not seen them and the fact that I had my solicitor here that Saturday when he did not come to see DSS. He told her that he had and was outside waiting for nearly an hour!

I have done my night time FLYing in the kitchen. I done a few things this morning when I was waiting for the meeting. Hoovering, S+S the bathroom, etc. I had the WM going when they turned up.

I have not really done todays mission. Not really had time to sit with a mug of coffee until tonight, but then I don't really feel in a coffee mood.

Off to bed soon.

No my DD has been ok so far, me too, though I have a stinking headache tonight. Not going to hang around tonight as computer might make it worse.

Court booked for tuesday for xmas contact hearing.I don't think i will get till 3pm though. No-one seems to want me to have them after 11am. XP1's family dinner seems more important!

Hello to all esp the newbies who I recommended these threads to.

satin I hope you enjoyed your virtual mint aero. It's extra good as it's amazingly calorie free so there's no need for any guilty feelings! I wanted to brag this morning that I'd only been up about half an hour and already I'd had brekkie, waved the kids off to school, put the dw on and stripped the 3 beds and put the washing machine on! It seems like a long time ago now. I was out most of the day at a long Christmas lunch. Free drink for hours and I didn't have any (except juice or lemonade) as I was driving. Since coming home I've made tea, dried and ironed some washing, walked the dog, made all the beds with dh, done some errands and made a Christmas present list and wrapped a couple. I'm getting there, slowly!

Oh luda a friend from one of the long Ps (I can never remember which is which but you know the 2 places I mean - your neck of the woods) said a very rude word at lunch today. One of the bosses had to tell a visitor that it was Welsh for biscuit! I felt you were guilty by association!
