Help!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone know how to get a large "slime" stain(you know the stuff that kids like to play with) off a woollen sofa? I've scraped the disgusting stuff off and it's left a dark stain on said sofa. AAAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHHHHHHH! Please help.

Vanish carpet and upholstery remover. It comes in wipes, nozzle spray or aerosol spray. Get the latter - removes anything

oh! I hate that slimy stuff!

We have been fighting a losing battle against silly putty. Ironing it with brown paper between the cloth and the iron is meant to work, it draws the ick into the paper.

Does it harden when dried,if so use and ice cube to remove it.
