Is there an alternative to using tennis balls in tumble dryer?

I've washed a down filled coat and the instructions say to tumble dry along with a tennis ball to fluff up the down. But, I don't have a ball, what can I use instead? Any ideas?

I don't have a tumble dryer!
I just dry them flat on an airer, then sort of shake them for ages after they're dry to fluff them back up. I shake each individual section because I'm weird to make them nice and full of loft.

Thanks W00t, I'll give that a try. Cheaper than putting the dryer on too!

I've only done it with children's coats, not huge adult ones... but it's worked fine.

Make sure it dries quickly though or it could go smelly. You can buy those dryer balls in the supermarket - they would work just like tennis balls.
