A tall order I guess but I'm looking for new garden furniture - 4 chairs and a table. For as little £ as possible. Blush

What can you recommend? Our current set will be lucky to last till July I think! Confused

ebay or similar?

I think ikea is a pretty good bet for cheap garden furniture. We have a couple of applaro(sp?) chairs that have been going for more than 10 years. Ok, they look a bit woebegone now, but they really weren't very expensive, and we haven't taken the best care of them! We also have a cheap, folding table and chairs set from B&Q, which is probably 8 years old. The chairs are faded, but fine, whereas the table's had it: I'm forking out for a non-folding, coated metal table. If you're going to spend a bit more on something, make it the table.

Groupon often have deals, maybe worth a look?

Keep an eye on Aldi too, they often have special buys.

We got a nice black metal and glass set from homebase. It didn't take much assembly. I think it was £300 inc parasol, rectangular table and 6 folding chairs

Do you have a B&M near you?
