How I get the sweaty smell out of an already washed polyester top?

Help! I usually categorically avoid anything man-made but I really like this top. Unfortunately I went dancing in it and while the smell of nite club has come out the sweaty smell hasn't.
It has sequins on so can't wash at too high a temp but I'm worried that I've set the BO smell forever now- someone please correct me on that one!

Try soaking it for a couple of hours in a bowl of warm water with a cup of white vinegar added. Then wash as normal.
