Is there any way to get dye out of 100% cotton clothes?

Washed a dress my daughter's going to wear for her aunt's wedding (she's sort of the flower girl, in a very casual way) in a cold wash with a load of colours. It's a yellow dress. Something else in the wash ran and now the dress is greenish in places.

Is there any way to get the blue dye out? Suspect there isn't and I'm going to have to find something else for her to wear, but yellow is very difficult to find!

a colour run remover from the supermarket?

I didn't know such things existed! Do they actually work?

Put it out on the line in bright sunlight damp and let it dry you may need a few attempts.

can't hurt to try. I think Dr Beckmann and Dylon both make them. They should be with the washing powders, stain removers, etc

I wouldnt let it dry before you have tried to remove the dye as the dye will then set and make it harder to get out.

Thanks, found the Dr Beckman one on Tesco's website. Will try that. (Plus the bright sunlight since it's meant to be decent weather here tomorrow!)
