The rubber seal thing that's inside of the fridge door is coming away

That's it really.

The door is closing properly despite this however the fridge doesn't feel properly cold - the milk has gone off.

The freezer (attached) is fine.

Can we replace the rubber seal and would this make the fridge fully cold?

It's a Baumatic built in fridge freezer

if you go to the makers website, you will probably be able to access their Spare Parts pages, with the model number.

Usually you can identify the part number you need from the diagrams.

It might be more expensive from the maker than from another source.

The parts diagrams may give some clues on how to fit it. There may be some dismantling required.
