Getting cat sick stain out of carpet - bio washing powder?

Cleaned up last night but there is still a slight yellowy tinge today. Food is dry stuff, hills. Wondered whether to try a v dilute bio washing powder solution but (typically) it is in the middle of the room. Cats are gits.

Worth a go. Or bicarb of soda?

I use 1001 carpet cleaning spray in the yellow bottle. Better than Vanish. My cat is also on hills and pukes constantly.

Bicarb works for smells but not stains afaik

I got a red wine stain out recently with Vanish laundry powder plus soda water - was properly magic! (Can't remember which went on first, will check)

But I think it was Vanish sprinkled on, then soda water poured on top
