i have a question. if i am just starting, it says i have to take baby steps. does that mean i can't mop my kitchen floor or dust my bedroom for example yet? do i have to wait until i am told to? lol sounds stupid but just wondering

well - I am! I think continue with housework as normal, but the baby steps build a new routine up thats thorough.

Im doing what ever i feel upto doing.I wouldn't of done the fridge or any cupboards if it wasn't for the other FLYers on here.
