I think I did day 4 yesterday (although didn't actually stick the little sticky things anywhere - just thought about it and PMSL at Quootie and her HV!!!)

Had a UK email reminding me to do it.

I had to empty my dishwasher and hang out my (non-mildew anymore) shower curtains so just wiggled my bum as I did it!!!

Took about 20 mins and I just pray that no-one was watching!!!!!

Tortoise...why not type standing up for 15 mins...then you can merrily wiggle away!!!!!!

Be careful not to spray that screen...you'll only have to polish and buff it up afterwards!!!!!
