How to get sunscreen stains out of white clothing?

DD3's favourite dress has nasty orange stains all around the top. I'm pretty sure it's sunscreen. Any solutions gratefully received!

I wish I knew because the same thing has happened to some of my white t-shirts. I hope that somebody knows.
