Permanent hair dye on new skirt!

Anyone know a way of removing it please?

Had my hair coloured last night only to find I'd got some on my brand new skirt! it looks mottled like it's come off the towel I put in front of me to stop this very thing from occurring!! bugger!!!
If anyone has an idea of how to remove it, I'd be grateful. It's 100% cotton, but is no bleach and the colour of the skirt is black and white.

Solo - come back and tell us if it worked - I always assumed nothing would get ride of hair dye.

Well, I think it has...I've done what the e how says and now it's in the wash. Looked better anyway :) Will let you know when I can.

At the hairdressers they spray spots of dye with hair spray to stop it setting.
