Do you have to sand it down or is there another way?

No advice but unashamedly marking my place. Have noticed s few pen marks in my dining table (husband letting kids be creative fgs).

Will watch with interest.

Hi Finola I also asked in RL (usually don't remember to do that!) and the most common suggestions are:

Hairspray (spray it on a cloth and rub)

and

Toothpaste (spread on a cloth and rub)

Am going to try one or other.

Perfume, it get marker pen off wood, it should work on felt tip

Right, I've just done the toothpaste thing and it worked a treat - every single bit of felt tip is off, no staining, nothing - it's brilliant!

On wood.

The wood in question is stained. Would the toothpaste take that off too?
