Can of hairspray has leaked....how do I get rid of stuck on hairspray ??!

Thats it really....can of hairspray fell overand got left for a while it has leaked and left a big lumpy stain on bathroom counter. Can was stuck to it ...hard !!

Will White spirit shift it ...dont want to but any if something else would be better ....I dont know the proper title for the surface of the counter top but it is not wood or granite ....sort of plastic veneer??

Baby oil leave for 5 to 10 mins then wipe and repeat if necessary. White sprit will ruin the surface

..it has stuck like glue ? super glue !!

Did it not work? If not use your hair dryer in high heat it will melt it
