Magic spray to get rid of mildew spots and "yellowness" in bath sealent and grouting?

I read a thread here few years ago about a magic liquid that worked on these problems. Does anyone know what it was and where I can buy it from? It specifically got rid of the yellowy tinge and black spots

TIA

dettol mould and mildew spray works wonders, though you may have to leave it on for a while to get mould out of sealant

I've tried dettol and it didn't work. Neither has flash with bleach. I will order Astonish mildew cleaner today and hope it works.

I did find with the dettol that the best results were to spray it on it the morning and then leave it for the rest of the day, topping up occassionally. It seems to have done the trick on our revolting window seals.

Thanks 2tired, I've ordered the astonish, but will try the dettol tomorrow again. Got nothing to lose!

You need HG mould spray. They sell it in Lakeland and Homebase.

I second the suggestion of HG mould spray. It is simply amazing. It is available at B&Q also.

yes, dont wash the dettol stuff off too quickly. leave it to work for a few hours
