Mine just seems a permanent mess. The tins and dried goods like rice and pasta are fine, its the heaps that are bread, rolls, cakes, biscuits, and veg that are bad. Do you have boxes or tins for similar items?
Also same with the fridge for cheese sandwich stuff etc?

I have a wicker basket that all the bread, biscuits etc. things go in as they're used the most - but the only place I have to put that basket is on top of one of my counters, so it's not ideal :(

Cheese, eggs and butter go in their separate compartment in the fridge. I love compartments - my cupboards have these portable shelves you can buy, that hang from the bottom of the shelf above it or from the door. Handy for small bottles, packets that are open etc.

Fridge - Meat in the drawer at the bottom, salad veg in the one next to it. Fresh meat should always be kept in the bottom of thr fridge as it is the coldest part also better in a drawer to stop any contamination juices dripping etc again another reason for being in the bottom.

Bottom Shelf (one on top of drawers) for cold meats/cheese and other sandwhich items. Bits of salad or veg that does not fit in the drawer. And eggs if we have them.

Next shelf. Anything left over from the bottom shelf usually empty ish.

Next shelf yoghurts and butter spread.

Top shelf drinks, alcohol, any condiments sauces that dont fit in the door. Usually space on this shelf too.

Dp is a chef so is 'in charge' of organising the fridge also puts shopping away :D

Biscuits cakes etc go in the bottom cupboard nicely stacked then move to the top one once opened. Unless individually wrapped then we have a tin. We keep most veg in the fridge.

Open door, pile stuff in, close door quickly before stuff falls out again, fasten childproof door locks to prevent food avalanche forcing door open.
I'm dead organised me Grin
