With a special hoover attachment. It's v slim.

A thingy from Lakeland. Flatmate? With the hoover to catch what it sweeps out.

I usually find that accidentally dropping something down behind the radiator dislodges huge dust bunnies so maybe dangling an old towel or something in the gap behind might work

Feather duster might work. It's never crossed my mind before
