Is there a review website for service from washing machine manufacturers/repairers ?

We have had very poor service from LG re our new machine breaking down. If I had read reviews indicating this likely to be the case, I would have bought elsewhere. I would like to save someone else the hassles we have been through - does anyone know of a review site please?

I thought there would be a survey on "which" but all I can find is reliability ratings for appliance per manufacturer.
