Whirlpool 6 th sense FRIDGE FREEZER...HELP

We have inherited this in our house as plumbed in, no instructions, cannt find anything online.
It's beeping, with a D shape in red in central control column, I am taking this to be defrost ?
Please help, how can I resetI have spare freezer so saved contents but not sure what to do nw, no serial number on it too!

the serial number is normally on the inside wall of the fridge - is there nothing at all there?

No nothing. It has stopped but emptied freezer section, strange that fridge was ok.
Seems to be re freezing?
