What the biggins is ruining my clothes?

What the jeff is creating these tiny holes in my tops? I want to say moths but they're new wardrobes, new clothes....they appear in a little pattern round the bottom of tops.

Anyone?

I've noticed that a lot of tops i've bought recently are a thinner cotton. I've got a favourite bright blue top at the moment and it suddenly developed 3 tiny holes at the back . So i've sewn them up and hope no-one looks too closely. No idea why its happening tho.
