water pooling in fridge

Every couple of weeks I'm mopping up around 500ml of water from the bottom of the fridge. Where is it coming from?? I've never known anything like it before. The door isn't being left open so i don't think it's that causing condensation, though it does seem to be dripping down as i find it on the lowers shelves as well. Its making everything in the fridge soggy.

Any ideas?

Will be really embarrassed (but relieved) if it's something really simple. Confused

I had this for a while, sorted it by sucking out the gunk in the drainage hole with a turkey baster from poundland and cleaning it with a pipecleaner, no water pooling since.

Thanks but there is no drain hole visible - just a flat panel at the back - anyone had experience with a Siemens like this?

HOW did I not know this until today? I just mopped up the water from my fridge last night. Sorted just now with a cocktail stick. Amazing!

@NJTNJC
Some times the Siemens drainage channel is covered with plastic. It’s not always visible unless you take the shelf out. If you have this you can take the cover off.
