Hi, have Henry but it stinks, smells so bad, And the hose bit keeps falling off, and it goes me backache to use.

I'm so frustrated with it! And not helped by getting out broom and it just breaking in half!

Thinking I could get a new vacuum cleaner. Ay recommendations? Want something very effective. Don't have pets.

Miele all the way! Three are in the top 5 which guide.
I don't have the cat and dog, just the 'normal' one.
About £180 so quite a hit but should last for about 10 years. Had mine for about 6 1/2 now. Brilliant on wooden floors!

Ooh thanks. What model is it?

Is yours upright or cylinder?

Hi it's a cylinder - kind if the one below cat and dog. You can pay £300 but mine at £180 is amazing. Expensive I know.
Maybe look at one with less fancy bits if you don't have stairs?

Less fancy cylinder Miele that is!
