In case anyone was wondering, yes you can use soda crystals in the Dishwasher

But I think you need 2 dessert spoons not one. My lip salve was still on one glass.

But the plates were super shiny, better than dishwasher detergant Shock

Oh, and they are phosphate free. Very enviromentally friendly, I'm saving baby polar bears.

I am fuming I have read this thread today. I ran out of dishwasher tablets this week and have been hand washing until payday ( yesterday) Dishwasher tablets were on the to do without list. Out os all the January cut backs not using the dishwasher was the hardest. I have a massive bag of sada crystals and would never have thought of using them.

But Pud1 using a dishwasher is money saving because it uses less water and electric than washing up in the sink (my electric bill went down when we got ours).

I used smart price tablets, now I have tesco daisy powder I'm using up but I wanted to try soda crystals as it's cheaper and I'm a meany.
