Moving out of rented premises: anyone care to draw up a cleaning schedule for old house?

I cannot afford to pay a cleaner so I will be cleaning the old house myself. It has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with loo, airing cupboard, lounge / dining area, stair case and landing, kitchen and porch,

There MUST be someone on here who is extremely organised and able to draw up a cleaning system schedule type thingy for me?

And also, how long do you think it would take? I reckon I will get the oven professionally cleaned, though. Also, there is a small fridge and small freezer.

Fly lady does the best schedules I know - lots of info on this site
She does an emergency cleaning schedule as well as a moving one
