The "Back to Basics" Housework thread (part two)

Welcome to the new thread!

We are trying to get to grips with the basic housework
(and more on a good day!)

Come along and join us as we try to stay motivated, and make our houses a better place to be.

Replaced washer nuts and horns, very pleased with self. Steam cleaned some parts of engine and randomly sprayed silver paint around it too.

Then did back in. Oh No!

Washing languishing in machine, futility room needs sorting out, neglected ironing basket, sinks dirty. Boff in bed having eaten too many biscuits and feeling sorry for self.

PS Blardy thing wouldn't start today. Turned over but wouldn't fire. However its teeny tiny windscreen wipers wave at you sweetly like something off a Noddy car. It is hard to be cross.
