thinking of getting one - have one (messy) dd, expecting another, plus 2 cats and associated creepy crawlies/mess/hair etc and have just spent a fortune spraying noxious chemicals over the house to get rid of fleas. I've read that steam cleaners kill 'em dead, and this would seem like a much better solution.
DO you have one? which model? are they good? and would we also need a hoover for normal dirt and crud?
