Where do you get good quality bedding - not too expensive?

I'm sick of buying bedding which either wears really badly and / or is a nightmare to iron. Any recommendations? Recently tried Next and Tesco and found them poor. Don't really want to pay in excess of £50 for a Kingsize set.

Try this place - recommended by a friend in the hospitality industry:

Places like M&S, or Debenhams, or BHS can be good in the sales.

I second Sheridan - we usually get ours in the sale at House of Fraser and it's lovely - thick cotton, really good quality and they have some vair nice patterns.

oooh, yes, forgot TKMaxx!

I haven't bought duvet covers from there, but have had lovely cotton sheets & pillowcases, & also really good quality mattress protectors

Dunelm Mill have Dorma which is very nice.

And also John Lewis - for a bargain look at their seconds, I bought a fitted sheet and pillowcases seconds and have no idea what's supposed to be wrong with them. I've had them for years and they're still fine...

overthemill · 18/08/2011 22:02

I've ordered this one from John Lewis so we'll see;

They've got some surprisingly good value stuff online so thanks for the idea.

It must be in the shop where I levitate to the most expensive brands!!

I've got my eye on Sanderson Dandelions in Damson;

but want to wait until we move and can sort a room out really nice to befit it!

Thanks everyone!
