What is the best way to clean mildewy net curtains?

The sealant around a couple of my windows has gone black with mildew,which means that I have some mildew on my net curtains. (I assume it's mildew - I'm never sure of the difference between mould and mildew!)

What is the best way to clean them so I kill the mildew?

This stuff is good - they sell it at most supermarkets.

Try sticking them in the machine with a load of bio powder. If that fails just get some new ones (or put film on windows instead of net).
