Where and how do you store your toddlers' books?

20mo DS has billions of 'em and they are all massive cardboard numbers. We've got them in a box at the moment but they're multiplying....they won't fit on a normal bookshelf, but the front-facing type of shelves don't look like they hold many books - what does everyone else do?

I went to IKEA and got the cheapest bookcase they had (which works for the convervatory/playroom) and then just made one shelf really tall one quite small and one really small (which takes all the silly itty bitty books).

Ikea Billy Bookcases. A slim one in DD's small room and a wide one in DS's room.

I tidy them and have an OCD moment lining up all the ladybird books, then 2yo DD yanks them all of again. 4yo DS is good at keeping them tidy-ish.
