Sprayed suncream on a white linen shirt by mistake. Now despite 2 washes (one at 40 and one at 60) plus leaving to dry in sun hoping for bleaching effect there are still marks. Anyone have a miracle solution?

TIA

Not sure if it will work here (I've never had any luck with sunscreen stains that have turned orange) but Sonett gall soap is a superb stain remover. It removes tomato, red wine and blood better than other products so worth a try. Even if it does not help, it will remove dozens of other stains. I use it nearly every day.

I got suncream off a white shirt recently by doing several washes and applications of vanish and an overnight soak in Ariel. Just keep at it and it should come out eventually.

thanks for both your suggestions, will do another wash at 60 and whitener/stain remover tonight and then look for sonett tomorrow.
