After 12 years of lusting I've finally got a Kitchenaid Foodmixer.

It's beautiful & shiny & in Candy Apple. Do any other Kitchenaid fans have any top tips for me re using it.

do you use it everyday?

I only got it on Saturday. Have had 2 big baking sessions now, but the cupboards & freezer are now full of bread & cake so I'll have to stop for a bit. It is so beautiful and we're very happy with its performance so far.
