Blinking heck, how am I meant to get muddy stains out of DS's Buzz Lightyear costume?

It's sponge-clean only. FFS it's white.

I put my DS's buzz costume in the washing machine several times as he went through muddy patches and it was so filthy at the bottom! (it was also sponge clean only - I think it came from Tesco if that helps?) I would recommend the lowest heat setting possible and the highest care (if you've got a sensitive prog use that). It may be worthwhile not spinning it unless you have a really light spin cycle.

Good luck xxx

Thanks Kat! I will try that - he's a real Buzz freak so hope it doesn't disintegrate...

Have same costume. Have machine washed it no probs. But stains remain. It really is trashed. Sad Am buying Woody next time as less white!

Someone somewhere recommended putting a dishwasher tablet in with the washing tablet. That seemed to work for our Buzz costume. Who invented a white costume anyway Shock
