Tesco's limescale remover gel stuff.

Dh moved into rented flat, toilet had limescale around rim, vile. I got him this stuff, put it on overnight the next day bit of a clean, put it on over weekend when he came home.

Took a while cos I was the only one properly cleaning it, not always there. Anyway, its all gone, fab product as its only £1 and works.

If you don't like using harsh chemicals empty as much water as possible and rub the limescale with a pumice it comes off really easy Smile

How do you empty the watet out of the toilet bowl?

Literally get a little pot /cup like a yoghurt pot or a washing powder scoop and scoop it all out!

Okay thanks. I saw a Youtube video where a guy said to tip an entire bucket of water down in one go, and the vacuum effect drew out most of the water. Tried it, and didn’t work though!

I bet you had plenty spillage to clear up though!

Luckily no, but maybe I didn't pour fast enough!
