Woule white furniture in a white room be too much ??

It is dd2's bedroom which is a boxroom.

Was thinking of painting it white, white wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk and a black metal bed.

Dd has alot of nik naks, and some nice bright pictures, quilt covers etc and so I thought all of that and a couple of pink wall shelves would be enough to brighten it up while still making the room look nice and bright and airy.

What do you think ??

There seems to be plenty of other colours to make it interesting and a it is a box room you would not want too many dark pieces anyway.

We have all white with coloured bedlinen. It does work. Use mirrors too to make it appear bigger and reflect light.

Yes thats what I thought. Plus it will be easy to change duvets etc as her taste changes.
