Instructions say as it's frost free there's no need to defrost but I have a mahoosive block of ice developed in the bottom (probably as a result of getting a bit of the bread bag stuck in the door 
) and now I've had to take the bottom drawer out! Don't seem able to switch freezer off without affecting the fridge. Any ideas?
