Hi all I have an offer of a flat. I currently live in a groundfloor flat with a groundfloor balcony area and access to the large shared garden. Someone wants to swap and I was interested too as its near my family. Where I currently live I have no family. The few things that making me decide on not accepting are, 1 its a middle flat therefore I will be getting noise from upstairs and downstairs and there is no access to the garden or the balcony. Those who live in middle flats do you have any positives. How is it like living between top and bottom. Thank you.x
