Hot water bottles.. I was told to put in a bit of cold water first.. Add nearly boiled water and leave about 3 inches empty and hold it flat to make sure it is empty at the top as a full bottle is really dangerous.. And only use it for 1 year if your using it a lot.. And don't buy from places that are really cheap!! Rubber should not be stretchy it should be firm..
