So i have been refused a mutual exchange on the basis of “Applying to exchange a 3bed parlour house (classed as a 4bed). They are referring to the dining room, the only problem with that is it’s not a separate dining room, There is no wall dividing the living room and dining room, it is all open and one room, I have appealed and one department state its a 3 bed but the exchange officer says she only made that decision based on what was on the system. So now they have started an investigation and have to check with the stock condition manager.
is this right? What are the chances of the refusal being overturned and accepted?
