Moving to Horley

Hi all, I am thinking about moving to Webber street in Horley.

How bad is the airplane noise in the area?

Very little as the runways are east/west. Tbh I’d be more concerned about flooding.

Flooding?

There are rivers north of Horley and new estates were built on a flood plain. Hopefully mitigated by the developer.

Good point about the flooding. I’ve heard some of the newer builds near the river can be a bit of a worry in heavy rain.
