I have just been through a lengthy mutual exchange process and we finally have approval from both landlords but no sign up date as they cannot find availability for housing officers on the same day we have been waiting two weeks already and still no sign of a date I just wondered if anyone knew if it would be okay to move anyway then sign the deeds when they do have a date. As we have the emails of approval of the exchange and my daughter starts GCSES next week and we are both keen to move asap. I have read that they can ask you to move back but surely not at this stage if it has been approved and just awaiting sign up date. Does anyone have any experience or info on this?
