I wondered if anyone could help me. My aunt who is 86 years old has lived in her house for 45 years and is looking to move to a bungalow by the seaside to be closer to her son she has been accepted and now needs to give up her house. Does anyone know if I would be able to swap my flat for her house before she gives up her tenancy ? I am overcrowded with a 2 bed and 3 kids and her house is a 3 bed so would be better for me. Anyone know if I have any chance in swapping ?
