Hello guys has anyone ever complained to there council?
back ground story…
We have really bad neighbours. I’ve been assaulted when I had my newborn she was 4 weeks old baring in mind I had a c-section aswell.
she assaulted me when I was 8 months pregnant aswell. She takes drugs, prostitution, thieving… there’s a lot that’s just a touch on it. My eldest daughter has ASD and really struggles anyway since the neighbours moved in my daughter’s health has deteriorated. She’s tried to kill herself doesn’t go school or leave the house as she’s petrified. After trying everything with this neighbour the situation is beyond repair. May I applied to join the housing register. To this day I still haven’t got a bidding number the only thing that’s happened is we had a medical assessment with an OT. The man on customer services at the council couldn’t apologise enough (it’s not his fault). He did raise a complaint for me though. My question is has anyone ever made a complaint I’m a bit nervous. I don’t want them to completely cancel my application because of this.
