Hi. There is a Facebook council property flat/house swap group for my local area. I only qualified for a one bedroom property when I got my flat. I'd now like a 2 bedroom just because I work from home a lot and need more space.
Would I have to get permission from the council if I wanted to do a home swap and can I swap for a bigger property just because I want more space? I am single and have no children
