Hi, 2 of us live in a housing association home, and want to swap to a 3-bed house with only downstairs toilet. My son needs use of the 3rd room for a toilet commode as cant have it in his room due to strong smells, aggravating his migraines and rhinitis and mobility issues with stairs, has anyone been allowed a swap to a under occupying house ( by one room) home due to similar reasons or medical needs? We are happy to pay the spare room bedroom tax.
