Hi I live in a coastal housing home, I'm hoping to swap with a family that live in a council home. I handed the paper work on Friday and they are doing my inspection tomorrow Tuesday, what are they looking for? My garden is all done lovely, all rooms are neat and tidy, my only worry is I haven't finished painting my landing, it needs another coat of white paint, the new Tennants said its fine as their home needs some painting as well.
Just don't want to fail the inspection
Also am I right in thinking it's a good sign I'm getting the inspection so quickly?
My housing officer had said everything seems fine on my end she just has to talk to the new people about affordability as my tent is £40 a month higher than thiers
